You’ll still get plenty of daylight hours to explore Andalucian cities like Seville, Granada, and Cadiz — but without the high temps. 

If you’re looking for a beach holiday in October, the Costa del Sol is a great option. In October, the region experiences an average high temperature of 73°F (23°C) and an average low temperature of 59°F (15°C). October is still warm enough to enjoy the beaches without the summer crowds. Similarly, the Balearic and Canary islands are also awesome beach destinations in Spain in October. 

Madrid is also a popular destination in October as the weather gets into sweater weather territory with a high temperature of 19°C (66°F) and a low of 8°C (47°F).
